1. Please ensure your pet’s face is clear in the image. Only faces will be embroidered. The pet name cannot exceed 10 letters. At this time, we are only able to accommodate a single pet per item.

2. Please allow 5-8 weeks once your order has been placed for us to fulfill and ship your item. Tracking will be sent once dispatched.
