How long does it take to process my order?

All orders, including orders placed with expedited shipping may take 24-48hrs to process at our warehouse. Orders placed Monday – Friday after 12PM PST will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order ships.

 

What method of payment is accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Afterpay (Currently Available in the United States only).

 

How do I use Afterpay?

Add your favorites to cart, select Afterpay at checkout and log into or create your Afterpay account. After completing your purchase it will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.

You must be over 18, a resident of the U.S. and meet additional eligibility criteria to qualify. Late fees may apply. Estimated payment amounts shown on product pages exclude taxes and shipping charges, which are added at checkout. Click here for complete terms.

   

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

We currently offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. 

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We currently ship internationally to all countries across the globe.

What if I refuse my order at delivery?

If an order is refused at delivery and returned to our warehouse, you will not be refunded shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment. 

 

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly urge you to select a secure shipping location. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at customercare@staud.clothing as soon as possible. We can amend the address as long as the package has not left our facility, but unfortunately we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. In the event your package does go missing, please notify us immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

 

Can I return a sale item?

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code may be returned within 14 days of receipt. However, any product marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

What is your return policy for domestic shipments?

All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Any item marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Should you have any questions prior to purchasing, we are always happy to assist at customercare@staud.clothing.

 

How do I process a return?

In the event you need to process a return, please do so by clicking here. You will need your order number and your shipping zip code to submit your return. Any item marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

What is your return policy for international shipments?

Are Pre-Order shipping dates guaranteed?

Shipping dates on Pre-Order items are estimates only. Goods are not guaranteed to ship on the date listed. All Pre-Order items are subject to delays and cancellations during production.

 

What if I need to adjust or cancel my order prior to shipment?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to adjust any details. Should you decide you would like to change your order for any reason, we are happy to cancel your current order so that a new order can be placed. Please note once your item has shipped we will not be able to cancel your order with the carrier.

We are unable to accommodate any adjustments or cancellations to Final Sale items once processing, including customized goods and sale merchandise.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email to the provided email address. Once your item is ready to ship, we will follow up with a shipping notification so that you may track your item.

Please note that all shipping labels take a moment to update, so if you receive a notification but your item hasn’t begun tracking, please allow some time. If the tracking does not update within 24 hours, we are always available at customercare@staud.clothing to assist

 

How do I know what the best size is for me?

We do our best to provide all size guides for each individual item, but in the event one is missing, we have our general size guide available. This is to serve as an overall guide to shop our site. Should you need more specific measurements, we are always available at customercare@staud.clothing to provide prior to purchase.

What if I receive my order and it’s damaged?

First and foremost, we hope this does not happen to you. In the event that it does we sincerely apologize in advance. Please contact us immediately at customercare@staud.clothing and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.

 

What are the restrictions on the 15% discount code?

You may sign up to receive a 15% discount off your first order. Please note this is for first time customers only and excludes all sale items.  

 

Do you offer price adjustments?

STAUD does not offer price adjustments on any sales or promotions that begin after your order is placed.

 

How do I create an account?

You may register for an account directly from our home page or by clicking here. Please provide all requested information.

 

What is the benefit of having an account and can I shop without one?

You’re always welcome to shop our site without creating an account. However, setting up an account with us will allow you to review your orders and view past purchases making your shopping experience that much better. We’ll also provide you with notifications of all the new deliveries and the must haves of the season. 

  

How do your gift cards work, and do they expire?

You may purchase a gift card here. All gift cards expire a year from the date of purchase and are only valid on our official website. All gift card sales are final.

 

Do you have a STAUD store location?

Currently our store is located in Los Angeles, California, but we are also carried in a hundred plus retailers worldwide. Please reach out to customercare@staud.clothing for a list of retailers near you.
